Pertaining to our direct discharge business, we have structured staff at the port in Houston to enforce strict safety standards and follow the most regimented discharge protocol.  Our pushers know the importance of and have the means to separate BOLs — ensuring all dock receipts are legible and prohibiting product from going to the ground to mitigate undo load out fees to our customers.
